ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a State Farm Agent Team Member for the Paul D. Herndon Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You are responsible for growing our agency through meaningful customer relations and remarkable customer service while handling our customer's needs by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Gerneral Lines Agent - Property Casualty Insurance License
- Must pass background check
- Must be able to pass exams and obtain both General Lines Agent Property and Casualty and General Lines Agent Life, Accident, Health and HMO insurance licenses.
Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
